Sylvia Zhang:
I'm a girl from Zhejiang province, mainland China, now majoring in Organizational and Change Management in City University of Hong Kong. I like travelling and watching movies. Besides, I love dogs very much! Hong Kong is such a busy, complex and beautiful city that I will never forget.
It's my pleasure to work with Catherine and Michelle to do this project together in High Performance Collabration. Hope we can have a good time with this project!
Catherine Chen:
My name is Catherine and I come from Guangzhou. I am interested in traveling, reading, and watching movies. I love Hong Kong and I am ambitious to find a job in Hong Kong after graduation. It's my first time to work with Sylvia, a nice girl, and I believe we will collaborate effectively and happily. Regarding to collaborate with Michelle, I am glad to work with her for the second time and I firmly believe we will enjoy a wonderful collaboration.
Michelle Ye:
I'm Michelle. I'm graduated from Shenzhen University, with bachelor degree of Business Administration Management. Now my master major is Organizational and Change Management. Because I like management, I choose it as both of my bachelor and master majors. In my free time, I like watching comedy, because it makes me happy and feel fun of life. I also like watching soap opera, such as Gossip Girl and Downton Abbey. I can know more culture about other countries and it helps me to improve my English. Sometimes I will also read novels too. Finally, I hope our group can get succeed in the course.

Why we choose Tick Tack for our team logo?
When you hear the sound of tick tack, you must think of a clock.
In fact, a clock can be treated as a collaboration system.
The hour hand, minute hand and second hand work together to reach a speific time point.
Once one of the three hands doesn't go, the whole system will never work.
Similiary, in a company, employees just like second hand, managers like minute hand and boss like hour hand. In order to reach a same goal, all of them should collaborate together so they will get high performance.
Besides, the three hands also represent our team members-Sylvia, Catherine and Michelle.
In this semester, we will work together and hope to get a great team grade.
Thus, the clock with three hands represent different members in a collaborative project, who intend to achieve the same goal. The man with a bag means the relationship of all people in the specific project. People as a team can not be successful without any collaboration.
